To enhance the quality of semiconductor talent and attract more outstanding individuals to the field, TSMC and Yuan Ze University have jointly developed the “Semiconductor Program” (this program is not a degree or credit-bearing program). Together, they have defined the essential professional competencies and corresponding curriculum roadmap for talent in device integration, process modules, instrumentation engineering, and smart manufacturing.
