本研究團隊研究重點在於使用新穎光電半導體材料,進行前瞻光電元件之研製,包括氮化鎵場效電晶體、氧化物薄膜電晶體、量子點太陽能電池與半導體雷射、超晶格奈米光電元件、薄膜太陽能電池、、積體光學元件及系統、發光二極體元件、量子電子學及半導體雷射非線性動態等研究

The research focus is on developing advanced optoelectronic devices by using novel optoelectronic semiconductor materials, including GaN field-effect transistors, oxide thin film transistors, quantum dot solar cells and semiconductor lasers, superlattice nano optoelectronic devices, thin-film solar cells, integrated optical devices and systems, light-emitting diodes, quantum electronics and nonlinear dynamics of semiconductor lasers, etc
